Our team provides concierge delivery, setup, and breakdown services for each cabana package, along with the following essentials to make for the perfect beach day.

Our base cabana setup includes all of the items below, however, some of our packages include additional items. Please see a list of all packages here:

Each rental is for 5 hours or until sunset at your chosen location. If you start early enough in the day, extra hours can be added for $50 per hour. Keep in mind that our team needs to break down the setup 15 minutes after sunset.

We service all public beach accesses in Naples and can place your setup adjacent to county parks. Choose from a selection of handpicked locations described here, or suggest a location of your own.

• Wind policy: We monitor wind speed using the Weather app. If winds are expected to be over 15 mph, we will keep the cabana and umbrellas down upon your arrival and ask that you please not lift them unless it calms down.

• Rain refund policy: We will provide a full refund (except for the 3% credit card fee) for cancellations made at least 3 hours before your reservation time. Unfortunately, cancellations within 3 hours of the booking are non-refundable. Should rain occur during your stay, please lower the cabana and umbrellas before leaving the setup. Please note, if you are already at your setup when rain starts, refunds will not be given. If you decide to leave for the day, please send a text to notify our team at (239) 427-1964.

Cancellations more than 48 hours before your start time

If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance, we will provide a full refund (please note the 3% booking fee is non-refundable)

Cancellations less than 48 hours before your start time

If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours beforehand, we will charge a $100 cancellation fee.

What about refunds for add-ons?

If your reservation is eligible for a full cancellation (canceled more than 48 hour’s before your arrival time), you will also be refunded for all add-ons, including any additionally purchased waters.

While we understand the desire to have no cancellation fees, our team is committed to ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. Last-minute cancellations tie up valuable resources and can also hinder others from securing equipment for their special day. Thank you for understanding!

Please allow for at least 24 hours of advanced notice before booking. If you would like to schedule within 24 hours, please email us at info@naplesbeachcabanas.com to check for possible availability.

Yes! When you are finished for the day we ask that you send a text to (239) 427-1964 with a photo of the setup before leaving to notify our team that you are headed out.

You do not have to wait around for us to show up :) We appreciate your cooperation in preserving the experience for future guests!

Absolutely not! We will have everything ready to go before you arrive, so all you need to do is show up!

Yes, you can absolutely stay longer if extra hours are available! Just remember, our team needs to have everything broken down right after sunset.

The cost is $50 for each additional hour and will be billed to your card on file.

Please inform us as early as possible if you plan to stay longer and we will do our best to make it happen!

The day before your reservation, we will send you an email with your beach access location details and confirm your arrival time.

On the arrival date, we will set up everything before you arrive and text you the exact GPS location. You can use the pinned location to find your setup on the map. However, once you walk onto the sand you will easily spot your cabanas.

Each cabana and umbrella setup comes with 2 bottles of purified water. If you need more, just add them during the booking process.

Please note, the cost of each additional water is non-refundable, even if you don’t open it.

Also note: if your reservation is canceled more than 48 hours before your arrival time, you will also be refunded for all add-ons, including waters.

Please feel free to bring your own food and drinks!

We will supply you with 2 bottle of purified water cabana and a cooler with ice and cups. You can upgrade your cooler size with additional ice when booking.

We ask that you familiarize yourself with beach regulations regarding open containers, specifically in certain park areas. Also note that glass is not permitted on the beach.

We are happy to suggest bars and restaurants near each of the locations.

Since food is not included, consider preordering items directly from local providers, like deserts, fruit platters, sandwiches, and charcuterie boards.

Please note, we do not arrange for delivery of food as part of our service at this time.

The perfect beach day is never complete without a walk along the water or to grab a drink elsewhere! Just note that we are not responsible for any of your personal belongings. We include a beach lockbox with each setup that you can use to lock up your belongings before walking away.

When you are ready to leave for the day, please give us a 15 minute heads up, and text “checking out” with a photo of the setup before you leave to (239) 427-1964.

Not at all! When you are done for the day, text a photo of the setup to our team at (239) 427-1964, then lower any umbrellas and head out! 🙂

The insulated tumblers are available for purchase in our store, or during the booking process. Each tumbler is $35.

Of course! We will include a mini travel bottle of sunscreen with each package :)
