Weather Cancellations
The weather in Naples can be unpredicable to say the least! To help you manage any potential weather hiccups, we have outlined a few guidelines below.

We understand that Naples is generally delightfully warm and sunny, with occasionally rainy and overcast days that might impact your day. Rest assured, we have options to help you navigate.
Prompt Communication & Flexibility
In cases of inclement weather, your timely communication and flexibility are crucial to help us remedy the situation together. We monitor conditions using the iPhone Weather app.
Your Choices
Here are the available options:
Full refund (excluding the 3% booking fee). Cancellations for lightning, rain, or excessive wind (gusts over 27 mph) should be made before our team begins the setup process, which typically occurs between 1-3 hours before your start time. Please contact us at (239) 427-1964 if you would like to confirm what time we will be setting yours up.
Reschedule your booking.
Proceed as planned with positive vibes and an open mind!

If you decide to proceed
If rain chances exceed 25%, we will not place the blankets out since they absorb water like a sponge.
We retain the right to adjust your booking’s start time by up to one hour as we cannot set up during active rain or lightning (Florida is the lightning capital!).
We also retain the right to relocate your booking to another location to avoid rain or to better accommodate all guests.
In the event of approaching thunderstorms or lightning, we will breakdown your setup for the safety of our team and guests.
Once the cabanas and umbrellas are set up, refunds are not possible.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 75% refund when weather conditions do not permit setup.
Addressing Windy Conditions
We use the iPhone Weather app to track wind speed. If winds are forecasted at 15 mph or greater, we will leave the cabanas and umbrellas in lowered positions for your arrival. Please only raise them if the winds calm down, and ensure they are lowered before your departure for safety reasons.
Other Cancellations
Cancellations more than 48 hours before your start time
If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance, we will provide a full refund (please note the 3% booking fee is non-refundable)
Cancellations less than 48 hours before your start time
If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours beforehand, we will charge a 25% cancellation fee.
What about refunds for add-ons?
If your reservation is eligible for a full cancellation (canceled more than 48 hour’s before your arrival time), you will also be refunded for all add-ons, including any additionally purchased waters (remember, the 3% bookingfee is non-refundable). If you cancel within 48 hours, the 25% cancellation fee will apply to your whole order including add-ons.
While we understand the desire to have no cancellation fees, our team is committed to ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. Last-minute cancellations tie up valuable resources and can also hinder others from securing equipment for their special day.
